Technical Description

Application:
Domestic water and heating installations, industrial process pipelines and other installations for air, oil, petroleum gas and other agents which do not attack the valve materials. See media table. iSi three way valve: Primarily for compressed air installations.

PN 16 (58 280: PN 10)

Max working pressure:
1,6 MPa = 16 bars (1,0 MPa = 10 bars
1,6 MPa = 16 bar (58 280: 1.0 MPa = 10 bar)

Material and finishes:
Valve body and cover: die cast, nickel plated AMETAL®. Ball: AMETAL®. Cover screws: stainless steel. Handle: Epoxy coated. The valve has 2 cover screws for DN 8- 20 and 4 for DN 25-50. Reduction unit of high-quality construction plastic and Zinc.

Seat elements and O-rings:
58 240/243: EPDM rubber.
Max working temperature: 120°C
Min working temperature: -40°C

Miscellaneous:
Nitrile rubber.
Max working temperature: 90°C
Min working temperature: -20°C

Packing:
Enclosed with the iSi valve white handles (for medical oxygen) are replacement labels for respiratory air and nitrous oxide.

The connection points are marked
1, 2, and 3.
Port No 1 = inlet
Port No 2 = outlet
Port No 3 = venting
